How can I log in?

To log in, go to the Login page. You can only log in if you have already created an account. Enter your email address and password. You will have chosen this password when creating the account.

How can I register?

By registering yourself, you create an account. From the home page click on 'To companies' and choose the company for which you want to follow a port instruction. When you are in the business environment, click on 'Log in' at the top right. Under the login screen you can click on the 'Click here to register' link to enter the registration form and start and complete the registration. After registration, you can log in with your username (e-mail address) and password which you created yourself in the login form and choose the desired port safety instruction. If you are already registered with the same e-mail address, for example at another company, then the details that are known are automatically filled in. You can also click directly on the company logo (in the carousel on the homepage) to get to the registration process faster.

Do I have to install a programm or application to be able to follow a port safety instruction?

No, the instruction can be followed in most commonly used modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). As far as the browser Internet Explorer 11 is concerned, your user experience may not be optimal. Microsoft now advises companies not to use IE11 anymore. For more information, see the Microsoft website. The gate and safety instructions can be followed on a PC, laptop, tablet and smartphone.

What should I do if I have forgotten my password?

Go to the Login page and click on 'Forgot password'. Here you enter your e-mail address and then click on 'Reset password'. You will receive an e-mail containing a link. With this link you can create a new password.

Security Advisory / "Hacked Password"? (Apple device)

If you use a "weak" password for an account, a security advice will be given. It is recommended to change your password. Please see the apple instruction:
